ALWAYS USE NTFS FILE SYSTEM
We can't send larger files (4GB) if the pendrive not in the NTFS mode. So right click on the pendrive and click on format and select NTFS and don't use the quick format. Using this settings format your pendrive.
Right click on the pendrive and click on properties. Under the properties tab of pendrive click on tools and then click on "check-now" button under error checking menu. Now click on START it takes some time to check the disk error depending upon the file size and format
NOTE : If you Click better
Performance you must always safely remove the pendrive whenever you
eject the pendrive. I recommend you to remove the pendrive when it is
not used.
